قررت الدائرة الجنائية بالمحكمة الابتدائية بتونس تأجيل النظر في القضية المرفوعة ضد رئيسة الحزب الحر الدستوري عبير موسي فيما عرف بقضية ” مكتب الضبط ” برئاسة الجمهورية الى موعد لاحق.
وكانت دائرة الاتهام لدى محكمة الاستئناف بتونس وفي قرار ثان، قررت إحالة عبير موسي بحالة إيقاف على أنظار الدائرة الجنائية بالمحكمة الابتدائية بتونس لمحاكمتها من أجل تهم تتعلق بتدبير الاعتداء المقصود به تبديل هيئة الدولة وفق الفصل 72 من المجلة الجزائية، وذلك فيما عرف بقضية ” مكتب الضبط ” برئاسة الجمهورية.
